The aim for processing personal data is to prepare agreements, keep in touch with the clients, inform about our services and also fulfill legal duties for example when the law abides us to process personal data in respect to taxes and bills - Tax Code and Accounting Act.

Lawfulness of processing
The legal basis of the processing of your personal data:
Art. 6 par. 1 letter a of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred as “Regulation” later on) stating that processing shall be lawful when the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data in situations when it was required;

You provide us with personal data voluntarily, however, situations may occur where without providing us with your personal data we will not be able to execute or prepare an agreement. The time personal data will be stored
Personal data will be processed in order to conclude and execute an agreement and fulfil legal responsibilities of the Administrator for the time the agreement stands and after it is finished for the time necessary to secure and pursue claims and fulfil legal duties by the Administrator stemming from Tax Code and Accounting Act.
Personal data that is processed in reference to a justified legal interest of the Administrator will be stored for the time of this interest existence or for the time the person in question will pose an objection.
Personal data that is processed on a basis of the consent will be stored until that consent is withdrawn.

Sharing of data
We do not share personal data with third parties, if there is no legal ground to do so. In respect to processing personal data they can be disclosed or given to:
- workers authorized by the Administrator
- subjects that provide outsourcing services, accounting, IT services and are maintaining IT
- infrastructure for the Administrator
- Public bodies on a basis of statutory requirements
Rights of the interested party
You have the right to:
- the right to access your data (Art. 15 RODO)
- the right to correct your data(Art. 16 RODO), when it is wrong or incomplete
- the right to demand a deletion of data (Art. 17 RODO), when data is processed unlawfully, the consent to process data will be withdrawn or data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was gathered for, there will be an objection to processing data posed, data will have to be deleted in order to fulfil a legal requirement
